Make Money from Ads

Do you have a website or blog? Do you want to make some money online? If you do, you can turn your website or blog into a online income opportunity and best of all, for FREE!

What you need
You will need a blog or a website (if you don't have one, use Blogger because it's free), a few good quality original posts or pages, regularly updated content and a way to get paid (PayPal, Cheque etc.)

What to do
First you will need to sign up with an advertising agency (if you don't know any, there are a few listed at the end of this post). Once your site has been approved by the ad agency, you will get a code to place somewhere on your site. If you are using Blogger, this can easily be done by placing the code in a HTML/Java Script gadget in the Layout tab. For websites, just place the code where you want it in the HTML code. Save your changes.

What next?
If you have done this, just focus on getting traffic to your site to maximize your chances of earning money. IMPORTANT! Don't hurry yourself into making money, these things take time. Be careful that you abide by your ad agencies TOS or rules. Generally these include NOT clicking on your ads to make money, encouraging others to click on your ads (no 'Visit our sponsors' etc.) and using automated programs to click on the ads.

Animation

Recently I have been doing animation. For those of you who don't know what kinds of animation there are, they are Stop Motion, Flash and 3D. I made a Stop Motion Animation. For those of you who want to start animating, there are many options for each category. For Stop Motion, I recommend Stop Motion Pro (it's NOT free but it's great) and (Yes, it's FREE) Anasazi. For Flash Animation, I would say Adobe Flash (it's NOT free but you can get TRIALS) and Pivot (it's FREE). I actually don't know much about 3D animation so I can't give advice there, sorry. Next I will help you on how to get started.

Stop Motion

You will need a Stop Motion program (mentioned above), some things to animate, a webcam or camera connected to the computer, a light and a desk or flat surface. Basically all you have to do, is open your Stop Motion program, position your camera/webcam, adjust the lighting and set up your items. Then you take a picture (with the program), move the object(s) a little (smaller movements make the animation look better), take another picture and so on. You will need to take a lot of pictures to make an animation. When you have finished, compile the animation (save it as a movie file like .avi) and your finished. NOTE. If you want to add sounds, credits and titles, you must use a movie editing program like Windows Movie Maker and Vegas Movie Studio.

Flash

You will need a Flash animation program (mentioned above) and an idea. This is very simple, draw or make something on the screen and then make a new frame and draw another picture but change it a little. After a while you will have made an animation. Once again, if you want to add sound, titles or credits you will need to use a program like Windows Movie Maker or Vegas Movie Studio.

3D

Sorry, I don't know how to do this, yet.
